Adding an activity when you are already registered
A second activity, if you are already on the census, does not repeat the registration. You report it as a modification.
A modification, box 127
The Tax Agency points to box 127 when you add an activity and you are already registered. Box 111 stays for the first registration or for coming back after a deregistration. The form is still modelo 036 or modelo 037, if your case fits the short form.

The app does not update the census
Factura Fácil calculates the forms that fit the profile you set. Changing that profile does not send the modification to the Tax Agency site and does not add the heading on the census. Modelo 036 or 037 is filed at the Tax Agency.

If I change the profile, does the app register the activity?
