A certificate or Cl@ve to file the census
To file modelo 036 or 037 on the Tax Agency site you have to identify yourself. For individuals, the procedure accepts an electronic certificate or Cl@ve when that route is provided.
What you use on the Tax Agency site
Census registration, modification, and deregistration are sent on the Tax Agency site. An individual uses a certificate or Cl@ve in the procedures that allow it. Without that identification the form is not filed, even if the PDF is filled in on your computer.
- The filing is on the Tax Agency site.
- An individual: certificate or Cl@ve, if the procedure allows it.
- A PDF saved locally is not the registration.
The app’s PFX is a different use
The PFX certificate you upload to Factura Fácil is for VeriFactu records. It does not file the census and it does not stand in for Cl@ve on the Tax Agency site. Those are different uses of the same kind of file.
Common questions
Can I use Cl@ve for modelo 036?
Yes, in the individual procedures the Tax Agency site accepts with Cl@ve. If your case requires a certificate, Cl@ve does not skip that.
Does the PFX I upload to the app file the registration?
No. That PFX is for VeriFactu records. The census is filed on the Tax Agency site, with a certificate or Cl@ve when the procedure allows it.
