A comunidad de bienes is not an autónomo with several names on the invoice. It has its own identity, and the members declare their share.

The community invoices, not each person for the whole amount

The community has its own tax ID and issues invoices in its name. Each member is taxed on income tax for the share that belongs to them, under income attribution. Splitting the same work into personal invoices duplicates the operation.

  • The community’s tax ID, and invoices in its name.
  • Each member declares their share.
  • Do not invoice the whole amount as if it were only yours.

One account is one business

In Factura Fácil one account is the business you configure. It does not split the tax among the members and it does not file each person’s income tax. If the community is the one invoicing, the profile and the invoices have to be the community’s.

Common questions

Can I invoice the community’s work myself?

Not as an individual autónomo for the full amount. The invoice is in the community’s name, with its tax ID. You declare your share.

Does the app split modelo 130 among the members?

No. One account is the business you configure. It does not split the tax among the members.
