Modelo 130 with a zero result
The Tax Agency asks for modelo 130 from anyone who is obliged, including when the quarter’s result is zero. Being outside the form is a different rule, and it does not come from this page.
Still obliged when the result is zero
If the form applies to you, a quarter with nothing to pay is still filed. A zero result does not switch the obligation off. The deadline follows the payments-on-account calendar: 1 to 20 April, July and October, and 1 to 30 January.
- Zero result: you file if you are obliged.
- Skipping it because the amount is zero leaves the quarter unfiled.
Who does not file, and what the app does not decide
A professional may not file modelo 130 when at least 70% of the previous year’s activity income had withholding. In the start year you use the percentage you expect. Factura Fácil does not decide that exclusion. It can calculate modelo 130 from your data. Filing, if it applies, is yours or your gestoría’s. The rule is set out in the modelo 130 exemption.
Common questions
Does a zero result mean I skip the filing?
No, if you are obliged. The Tax Agency asks for the form even when the result is zero.
Does the app treat me as excluded from modelo 130?
No. It does not certify the 70% exclusion. You confirm whether you must file, with your gestoría if you have one.
