What to ask for before the quarter

Before closing the quarter, ask for issued invoices, expense proofs, the bank questions the firm still needs to ask and the certificate status if VeriFactu sending is on. The firm sees invoices and expenses through the free bridge. It does not see a filed return, because the app does not file.

Issued invoices and expense proofs are the base. If a bank movement is missing, the question is still the firm’s: the app does not answer it on its own. If that client sends records, check that the certificate is still valid.

The bridge shows documents, not a filed form

Through the free bridge the firm sees invoices and expenses. It does not see a filed modelo 303 or 130, because nobody in the app files the return. How the forms fit is in modelos 303 and 130.
