Draft the invoice with a voice note
In the chat you can leave a voice note instead of typing. AI builds a draft. You confirm it, and without internet that chat does not answer.
What to say in the note
Customer, work, and amount, said out loud, are enough for the chat to propose a draft. It does not assume the VAT rate if you do not mention it, and it does not decide whether there is withholding. Anything left unclear is fixed when you confirm, before the invoice is saved.
A connection, and your confirmation
The voice note goes into Factura Fácil’s AI chat, so you need a connection. The draft is not saved on its own: you accept it and then it joins your invoices, on the web, iOS, or Android. Start free. Common questions
Does the saved invoice include the audio?
The note is there to prepare the draft. What stays saved is the invoice you confirm.
Does voice work with no coverage?
No. The AI chat needs internet. Offline you can create the invoice by hand; the voice note waits for a connection.
