A recurring invoice is issued on the day it is due
If a service repeats, the invoice can go out on the date you set. Each issue is an invoice, with its own number.
That day there is an invoice, not a reminder
What is generated on the scheduled date carries the customer, the base, the VAT, and the issue date. It enters your billing like any other invoice in the series. Before that day there is no document to add to the quarter. An agreed fee does not replace each period’s invoice.
Fixed fees on the scheduled date
In Factura Fácil you set the customer, the lines, and the date. The app generates the invoice that day and can send it. The number comes from the series, without repeating an earlier one. Common questions
Is the recurring template already the invoice for the whole year?
No. Each scheduled date generates its own invoice. That issue is the one that counts, with its number.
Does a recurring invoice send itself to the Tax Agency?
The app can send the invoice to the customer on the scheduled date. The record to the Tax Agency, if you use it, still needs the certificate, a connection, and the sending setting, as with any other invoice.
