State modelo 303 is not your foral form
The Basque Country and Navarre have their own tax administration. If you must report VAT to a foral tax agency, you do not use the common-territory modelo 303.
Do not mix the maps
The deadlines on the state calendar, 1 to 20 and the January window, belong to the common territory. VeriFactu dates for that territory are not the foral calendar either. TicketBAI and Batuz are not read with those state dates. Each administration has its own VAT return.
- Foral tax agency: not the state modelo 303.
- State deadlines and VeriFactu: a different map.
- Do not copy modelo 303 boxes if they are not yours.
The app calculates the VAT for that profile
Factura Fácil can calculate foral VAT when the profile is in that territory. It can prepare the figures for that calculation. It does not file the foral return or state modelo 303. The common modelo 303 frame is in modelo 303 and modelo 130, and it does not carry over to the foral agency on its own.
