Templates with your brand
You can use branded templates so the PDF is recognisable. The design does not remove any field the invoice has to carry.
What the template changes
The logo, the colors, and the visual layout of the PDF. The customer sees your brand. That is how the document looks, not its tax content.
Which fields stay mandatory
Number, date, your tax details, the customer’s when the invoice is a full invoice, the base, the rate, and the tax amount. Branding does not replace those fields. The software that fills them is described in invoicing software for autónomos.
- The template dresses the PDF.
- It does not cover the number, the date, or the tax IDs.
- It does not replace the base, the rate, or the tax amount.
Common questions
Does a layout with my logo count as an invoice?
The template dresses the PDF. The mandatory fields still have to be on the document. Branding does not replace them.
Does the brand change the invoice number?
No. The series and the number do not depend on the logo or the colors.
