Payroll and the client’s modelo 111
If the client has employees, the withholdings on those payrolls feed modelo 111 and modelo 190. A salary the client receives from another employer does not. The app calculates modelo 111 when it is in the profile and does not file it.
Payroll the client pays
This client’s modelo 111 comes from what they withhold from their own staff. It does not come from the payslip someone else pays them. Mixing the two puts a withholding on the form that is not theirs to pay in.
- Withholdings from their employees: 111 and 190.
- A salary they are paid by someone else does not enter.
- Do not mix them.
It calculates if the profile includes it
With modelo 111 on the profile, the app calculates the figure. It does not file the form. The firm takes it to the Tax Agency site. How it fits is in modelos 303 and 130.
