Prepare a SEPA remittance
Factura Fácil builds the file the bank expects. You order the charge when you upload that file to your online banking. The app does not debit the customer by itself.
What the remittance asks for
You need the creditor identifier your bank gives you, the collection account, the fiscal name, the customer’s mandate, and the date that mandate was signed. Without the mandate and its date, the file is incomplete.
- Creditor identifier, from your bank.
- Account you want to collect into.
- Fiscal name of the issuer.
- Customer mandate and signature date.
Who debits the customer
The app generates the bank file. You download it and upload it to the bank. The bank runs the debit. Factura Fácil does not charge the customer’s account on its own. If there is an invoice, its numbering stays in the invoicing software.
Common questions
Does the app charge the customer?
No. It prepares the file. You start the debit by uploading it to your bank. The app does not debit anyone by itself.
Does the app invent the creditor identifier?
No. Your bank issues it. You copy it together with the collection account, the fiscal name, the mandate, and the signature date.
