Do not copy the state calendar onto foral tax authorities
TicketBAI and Batuz belong to the foral tax authorities. The Spanish Tax Agency calendar does not apply to them.
A different regime
A client taxed by a foral authority is not planned against 1 January 2027 or 1 July 2027 from the state regulation. Their system is the one for their territory. Mixing the dates produces reminders that do not apply to them.
- TicketBAI and Batuz are not the state calendar.
- Do not carry those dates over to those clients.
- Mark them separately in the portfolio.
How to note it in the portfolio
A foral-authority column stops you applying the Tax Agency deadline to them. The state note for other clients is in VeriFactu for autónomos. The territorial fit is confirmed by the foral authority or the firm that handles it. Factura Fácil does not advise on that case.
Common questions
Is TicketBAI the same as VeriFactu?
No. It is a foral regime. The state VeriFactu calendar does not apply to it.
Does Batuz fall under the state date for autónomos?
No. Batuz is not governed by that calendar. Do not apply it to that client.
