Enter POS sales
The till close comes in as a daily summary, in Excel or CSV, split by VAT rate. That summary does not issue invoices and does not move the series.
How the summary comes in
You export the day from the POS, grouped by VAT rate, and upload it. The app reads the bases and the tax from that close. It does not open an invoice per ticket or assign the next number in your series.
- Format: Excel or CSV.
- Daily close grouped by VAT rate.
- It does not create invoices.
- It does not touch numbering.
Where the close is used
Those sales feed modelo 303, modelo 130, and the annual return. The file you import on the Tax Agency site is generated separately and does not file the return. The detail is in modelos 303 and 130.
